DROPPING IT !

Or as most people would say " ID RATHER DIE" really, most people would rather die or suffer the consequences of their outrage and Anger. They feel wronged, abused, misused and to drop it would mean to allow it to happen again and that's Not going to happen so what do we do? ok. what do we do?  we get SILENT and we wait.........  what are we waiting for ? the perfect opportunity for the person who hurt us or wronged us to ask...."are you alright"?

this is why of all of the choices involving Anger the most difficult one is to Let  it  go.   When you make the mature decision of dropping your Anger, you accept your inability to completely control circumstances and you recognize your personal limits. this choice automatically places you in a spiritual realm of whether you are mature enough to forgive and be free or if you will allow your immaturity to keep you drinking the poison of un forgiveness .
